Everything was great from my initial visit to collecting my car. Ally was happy to sort the things I asked him to. I had several issues with calling to discuss the car options and when unavailable, I never got a return call. Happened several times.

My partner Allan took my car in and said the staff did not keep him informed and when he asked if the vehicle was ready he was passed around. He said the customer service was very poor! he has an Audi and said he has never experienced this before.

Originally booked justto have parking light bulb replaced. Took phone call day before telling me my car was due a service according to records. So apt cancelled and a new longer appt booked a week later which was inconvenient as light bulb faulty.
