A vital part of my booked service appointment - the annual MOT - was not completed and I had to re-book a new appointment for the MOT. The duty manager Danny was fabulous in responding to my dissatisfaction and advising on matters of concern.

It was a winter to summer wheel swap so very easy for the dealer. It is very frustrating that wheels bought as a result of BMW campaigns are no longer to be stored by dealers As a disabled driver this makes life more difficult

Very dissatisfied - after routine service, I broke down on the motorway with my elderly mother 86 in the car. Part fitted by AA, broke down again - on finally getting car back to BMW they said the spark plugs they fitted in service were faulty.

Booked in at 10am then saw vehicle come out of workshop at 11am. Chased it up at 12.20 to be told needed a part due to airbag replacement caused a module to be blown. No available lift home or spare vehicle. Walked home 3 miles.

My car didn't start without any warning lights, send to bmw they put a new starter motor,and now the car has new issues, stuttering, I took back they said it's still drives to go back next week,I drove 5miles only and now is the engine light flashing

There were couple of notifications showing in car, one for the service and second for the battery replacement. Service notification is gone but the battery replacement still exists.

Had car serviced a less than a year ago and again no car wash. Promised voucher but given nothing. Seat in different position. Screen on drivers side completely different and took me a while to reset. all contacts from my iphone no longer show up.

I wasn't at all satisfied as I told the after sales service manager. To add insult to injury, that manager was supposed to have called me 2 days ago to arrange to collect my car to look at 2 issues that arose whilst the car was in the service centre.

Staff are curtious and polite but so far the issues I've had since the purchase of my X5 from a BMW dealership have not been resolved. Since my MOT I am still having drivetran issue messages and I still occasionally get electrical burning smells.

Computer issues (postcodes) meant I was kept waiting. Leaves not removed from my front grille. Windscreen wipers not replaced, despite requested on check in. Repair dirt not cleaned or wiped down in/out of car. Travis, however, was very good.

Called on three separate occasions for an update on my car to be told somebody would call me back but never happened. Finally collected my car over a week later and there is bodywork damage and car is making strange noises.
