Car went in fine, came out broken. There were no warning lights prior to the visit- when I collected everything was lit up. There were also trim parts broken. I have requested a call back and absolutely nothing. Utterly disgusted.

I wasn't at all satisfied as I told the after sales service manager. To add insult to injury, that manager was supposed to have called me 2 days ago to arrange to collect my car to look at 2 issues that arose whilst the car was in the service centre.

Ive asked about one issue that ive found and i had completely different answer, my car is taking too much oil and the answer ive had that there is no visible oil leaks. Thats not good enough. I need to get it done but now i dont know what to do

I took my 2024 M135i for it's first service and for them to investigate a non-working Emergency SOS call system. The car is still under new car manufacturer warranty. They carried out the service but "forgot" to call me to let me know it was ready.

An MOT bay was out of action so it took from 10.30am to 3.30pm. I waited for 90 minutes and then was taken home and later picked up which was very helpful but my day was a right-off.

Staff are curtious and polite but so far the issues I've had since the purchase of my X5 from a BMW dealership have not been resolved. Since my MOT I am still having drivetran issue messages and I still occasionally get electrical burning smells.

Vehicle submitted for a starter motor recall. On collection after the work had been carried out, the vehicle's inside was very soiled. Black grease on many surfaces, boot mark on drivers door pocket and damage to the drivers seat ??

Computer issues (postcodes) meant I was kept waiting. Leaves not removed from my front grille. Windscreen wipers not replaced, despite requested on check in. Repair dirt not cleaned or wiped down in/out of car. Travis, however, was very good.

Called on three separate occasions for an update on my car to be told somebody would call me back but never happened. Finally collected my car over a week later and there is bodywork damage and car is making strange noises.

No one was available to discuss the work done to my car. Charged for an air filter that wasn't replaced. Quoted £317 to replace a sensor and charged £200 too much. MOT destroyed in error by staff and would've taken too long to reprint after long wait

I was dismayed to find that I left the garage with a fault showing on the dashboard which wasn't there when I arrived and an advisory that it needs investigation costing me for the issue- how can this be right when it was nothing to do with me?

Easy, pleasant experience. My car is just over 10 years old so slightly cheaper service rates make dealer costs bearable. Car wasn't cleaned due to valet bay problem but told about it when dropping car off.

There were numerous issues particularly being left stranded as the roadside assistance didn't arrive. I had to get a family member to pick me up which was inconvenient, and another round trip to drop of the key.
