Marek was great when we arrived for our handover. We were met with a big smile and a great personality. He gave clear instructions of how to use all the technology within the car whilst also being very personable.

After initial challenges with delays to original order (Nov 22), the team (Chris & Grant in particular) were outstanding. Great/regular comms/regular progress updates/explained process clearly/great hand-over on day. Made us feel valued / special. Tx

Didn't receive the video of my MOT plus booked for express and waited 2 hrs. my car was washed etc w/o asking.. when waiting surely you should check with the customer whether they want to wait whilst this is done?
