The salesman was excellent throughout the process but some of the supporting groups were not quite so hot. In particular getting an answer on the telephone was dire. I don't think there's a dedicated receptionist. You need one.

After collecting the car, I had no reason to suspect there was anything wrong. It wasn't until I had to brake for the first time that I realised there was oil or grease on the driver's floor mat. My foot slipped as I pressed the brake pedal.

Initially I was quoted 5 weeks to supply and fit 2 tyres. This was reduced to 2 weeks but when I arrived for my 8 am appointment I was told the tyres were not in. After returning later the tyres were fitted but under inflated by 9 psi. Cowboys.

I received rather poor service on this occasion. Once authorisation had been gained for work it was too late for the work to be done same day. That's OK but it was still not ready the next day as the MOT had not been retested and certified. Duh!
