We were very happy with our sales consultant Ally Hood who was excellent. However we felt disappointed when trying to contact him during the period leading up to the hand over. We felt that Marshall's did not have enough staff to answer question.

The only thing I was unhappy about was not being provided with the usual BMW key ring on one of my fobs I had the garages own key fob on both key fobs. I have never had this before we have always had the normal bmw fob plus retailers one.

I was told to allow 90 mins for MOT. Based on this I opted to wait. On arrival a service bay was out of order and I was told it might take longer. I arrived at 10:30am and didn't leave until 1:30pm. If I had known I would have rescheduled.

Friendly service team. Matt talked through what was being done when I arrived and explained it all when finished. Work finished within the sit and wait slot we were given. Shame about the poor coffee. Would expect better like other premium brands

From arrival to departure everyone was polite and courteous, the process ran like a well oiled machine yet I still felt like I'd had a personal service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Original experience from Marshall 5 years ago would have been a 1 star. I'm pleased to say things have changed massively for the better since then, and now rating them 5 stars, they have a more caring attitude. Special mention to efforts by Tracey

Having taken the car in as an urgent case they analysed the issue over the next couple of days and diagnosed the problem. They kept me informed as the the issues found and the cost of repair.

Would have been five stars but my MOT failed on a bulb fog light instead of replacing it. My car failed the MOT then I asked them to replace the bulb and have to have it redone was waiting three hours in total for my car.

Main dealers are quite expensive comparatively but worth the extra if you have a new car. My only gripe was being charged extra for a key fob battery when I'd not long replaced it. I didn't add it to my purchase when I booked the service.

I had an issue with both my headlights and condensation. I booked it in for an inspection and testing 5 weeks in advance. On the day only one headlight was in stock so I had to return to have them replaced. Why did no one check before the inspection?

My car was taken to BMW Marshall due to a safety recall to check the driver's airbag. This was carried out quickly, together with a complimentary vehicle safety check and report which highlighted a couple of issues with my car that I wasn't aware of.

We had a problem locating the wheel nut, we had never used it and it was expected to be in the boot of the car. The staff searched as well still not finding the wheel nut and tow bar. Eventually we found it in the door pocket of the passenger side.

Can't get through to anyone, phone never answers. Never got a call to sell me the extras needed which was tyres. Forget to plug in a sensor so I have to go back. First time using bmw and probably the last.

Easy to get the car in for service. The gentleman who managed my car and I was excellent. I had to quickly collect the car at 5pm and i had a bit of a long drive ahead. low on battery he offered to just top it up a little saving a ton of time.
