We were very happy with our sales consultant Ally Hood who was excellent. However we felt disappointed when trying to contact him during the period leading up to the hand over. We felt that Marshall's did not have enough staff to answer question.

They went out of their way to help me get home after dropping my car in for its MOT and it was much appreciated. The report was very informative and I felt confident that a thorough job had been done.

I was told to allow 90 mins for MOT. Based on this I opted to wait. On arrival a service bay was out of order and I was told it might take longer. I arrived at 10:30am and didn't leave until 1:30pm. If I had known I would have rescheduled.

Friendly service team. Matt talked through what was being done when I arrived and explained it all when finished. Work finished within the sit and wait slot we were given. Shame about the poor coffee. Would expect better like other premium brands
