Aftersales Host
As the Aftersales host, you will greet our customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome as they enter the dealership. You will be based on reception, and will be taking inbound calls, transferring calls, speaking to customers, and supporting the dealership with any administration duties as required. The role is full time, Monday to Friday with Saturday monrings on a rota basis.
Who you are
You will have previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer facing environment although this is not essential
You will be confident talking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face to face, ensuring they have a great experience in our dealership
You will have good IT skills and be happy to support with administration duties
You will be a self-starter, organised and someone who takes pride in what they do
What you’ll do
Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks as required
