Everyone there was wonderful, from the lovely lady at reception to the sales managers. We simply had a great day and we spent over four hours at the Bournemouth Centre.

Good quality workmanship, and easy to agree the extra work required although the cost of the extras, Discs/Pads and tyres are on the expensive side.

On the whole everyone is friendly and accommodating. However, it seems that the servicing has lost its sparkle - expensive and not to the usual high standards e.g. car cleaning service used to be much more thorough

The suspected steering box problem was tested and found to be quite okay. I was impressed with the professional knowledge of the engineer and the way he explained the technicalities. It was under warranty anyway but it would have saved a big bill.

Dropping the car off was an absolute bun fight, nowhere to park and kept waiting as there were no staff available to book me in, in the end the lady on reception took my keys so no chance to ask them to look at other things

My recall repair was cancelled twice once with 24 hours notice, as they seemed not able to get the parts. That left me driving the car fir a year with a potentially lethal problem.

Everyone was very helpful. The only area of improvement are to ensure that BMW and Dealer documents are aligned and any differences are explained
