The whole process was nice and easy from the booking through to collection of the serviced car. I didn't think much of the 2 series Active Tourer courtesy car however at least it was still a BMW (just). ;-)

Staff are polite and friendly and the service quality appears to be high.My expectation : when I buy an (expensive) BMW, I do not expect to be dealing with a penny pinching company as we enter post-sales. So far, this has not been the case.

I was well looked after during my visit & having my car washed & vacuumed was an unexpected bonus.
The actual work your technicians accomplish is always excellent. Its just a shame that the staff booking the calls in are not nearly so helpful and knowledgeable as demonstrated above.

Service is barely OK, which isn't good enough for a luxury brand. Had somehow lost my details and had incorrect details associated with my car. It feels like they are trying to meet sales targets, rather then acting in my best interests.
No waiting at reception, clear and concise on procedure, lift to and from home was excellent. Short wait for lift in excellent waiting area. Car delivered back in clean condition
Service was perfectly satisfactory but Marshalls carried out programming of control units on my X1 (charged to warranty) When returned my "previous destinations" on my Sat Nav was showing many map references and no post codes so all had to be deleted

Smooth and easy process. Picked up car the following morning, all the ice scraped and ready to drive away.
See above answer. I also had two payments taken from my account and had to leave my card details written on a post-it note overnight. This made me feel very uncomfortable and this was borne out the following day when I saw the double payment go.
A reasonable price with excellent service
Despite it being a difficult situation with an unusual part needed, I was given the relevant information and kept up to date. Issues I raised were responded to by BMW
My car was booked for a service over the phone. On the day I arrived at the service reception to be told that due to insufficient mileage being done, the service would not be covered in my service plan. This wasn't mentioned when booked in the car in
I really have no idea why the seatposition had to be altered. Its only a short drive and the driver can cope with that. Now I had to readjust everything.
Efficient and courteous. I needed to change my appointment a couple of times and that was no problem.

Cannot get a loaner car unless you've had a UK license for at least one year. This rule had apparently changed within the past couple of months because we were able to get a loaner for an earlier service. This was a major inconvenience.
It took four telephone calls to book a winter service check,on three occasions I was put on hold and nobody answered or called me back. This did not used to be the case and calls were always answered.
Car collected from my home as arranged and progress report and pricing information given to me promptly. Car returned to me as arranged.
It was booked in for the free winter check after I received your email offering it to me. However bit very easy to book it in as Marshall very busy and so was told not much availability. Also told would have to have car all day for a short check.
The whole experience was good except for the work itself and the lies from the advisors.
Always ready on time and they give the car a quick clean as well.
It is impossible to find the service location using the BMW satnav!
I asked for a quote to repair my boot lid dent, driver door leading edge chipped and bumper scratch. I only received a quote for my boot lid dent. The collecting drivers said they would make sure this would happen!! Car returned with boot lid quote.
The attention Matthew Farley gave me contacting BMW and arranging and getting my alloy wheels changed due to the White Worm infestation was exceptional.

Good waiting area and facilities. Able to work using laptop thanks to free WiFi.
Engine mngment warning light. A week before the car could be seen so we didn't drive it. Two faults - one sensor replaced (extra day off road to get the part). Other sensor cleaned then light reappeared after 13 miles. Another week wait. Four trips!
You feel like they want you to be there, you dont feel like youre putting them out by taking your car in, any question I had was answer with great detail.

The car was invited to come for a Birthday valet inside & out! We were a bit disappointed to just get a basic wash, no polish & just the front hoovered, the back & boot werent touched! We feel a waste of our time taking it in & yours!

Great service but very expensive..i want the bmw parts and technicians i dont want the service staff and faff...thats what adds cost. I am sure some people like it but i would take the base option to get bmw where it matters ..on the car

Requested non EU plates , but the car was delivered with EU plates. Felt pressured in making payment for the new car before seen. Late paying BMW finance off part exchange car
I was extremely satisfied with Katrina throughout the process. She was curteous, knowledgable and very helpful. I was unhappy however with the wait for the car ordered which was nearly 5 Months. Not Katrinas fault but a manufacturing one.
Premises were smart and easy to move around. The whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle was made very easy and comfortable by all staff involved.

Very Satisfied, however it just would have been nice to have a few more updates along the way in terms of progress of build etc whilst i was waiting for the car. This could be improved in terms of interaction with the dealership/factory etc.

Excellent service from everyone who you come into contact with at the dealer from the greeting at reception to the final handover.
Not completely satisfied as there was some confusion over paying for the 3 year service pack for the X5 which the garage said needed to be paid for there and then whereas I thought it had been included in the 2 deposits and finance arrangements.
